Welcome to the Maybury Riding Stable!

We will be OPEN Memorial Day Weekend and Memorial Day Monday 12 - 4pm 

Here at Maybury Riding Stable we offer a relaxed and beautiful three mile horseback ride through picturesque Maybury State Park in Northville, Michigan. We offer a variety of horses in many colors and sizes. All of our trail rides are guided to ensure your safety. We also offer special group participation programs for Scout Troops, Youth Parties, and School Groups. Private Trail Rides, Birthday Parties, Pony Rides, Riding Lessons, Summer Horse Camp, Tractor Drawn Hayrides and Campfires also available.

 Hours:

• For regular rides: Tuesday-Sunday, 12pm-4pm (All regular hourly guided trail rides are first come first serve, we get trail rides out approximately every 30 minutes)
• For private rides: Available by appoinment (Call for times).

Please remember for your ride:

• Riders must be at least 8 years to ride on the horse trails,
• weigh under 240 lbs,
• and wear LONG PANTS & ENCLOSED SHOES (no sandals, flip flops or high heels!)

***We accept cash, in state check with valid ID, debit or credit with a pin number (we have a cashless atm only - please call for more details).  A Recreation Passport is Required for Entry to the Park. A Passport can be Purchased at the Park or when you Register your Vehicle at the Secretary of State for $11. The Pass Entitles you to use all Michigan State Parks until your vehicle registration expires.***
